At The Chronic, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Returns:
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened cannabis products (flower, prerolls, concentrates, vapes, edibles, drinks) cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale.

3. Process:
• Please bring the product and receipt back to the dispensary for inspection.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit.
